By unleashing the power of 2507AZ ('The Beast'), you ('The Commander') enter into this binding agreement ('The Pact'). It governs your command, your authority, and the very terms of your conquest. Adhere to it, and victory can be yours. Breach it, and your command will be revoked.
The Right to Command
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable authority to command The Beast and its full arsenal for your conquest, strictly according to the laws laid out in this Pact. You are the Alpha of your campaigns.
The Commander's Code
You are solely responsible for every command issued and every campaign deployed. You vow to not wield The Beast for any unlawful purpose or to breach enemy lines with forbidden tactics (e.g., promoting illegal content).
Your strategies are your own. The consequences of your hunt—both victories and defeats—rest entirely on your shoulders as Commander.
Forbidden Tactics
Breach of this Pact is an act of treason and results in immediate termination of command. Forbidden tactics include:
- Deploying The Beast for campaigns that violate sovereign laws.
- Attempting to sabotage or reverse engineer The Beast's core programming.
- Trafficking your command authority to unauthorized third-party agents (reselling).
The Law of the Jungle
The Beast is an untamed weapon of immense power, provided 'as is'. The digital jungle is unpredictable; a successful hunt is never guaranteed. Victory is forged by the skill of the Commander, not promised by the weapon itself.
The Spoils of War
In any conflict, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the Power Credits you have stockpiled. We are not liable for lost campaigns, strategic miscalculations, or failure to capture a target. A true Alpha bears the weight of command.
Modifications to the Pact
The Pact may be amended by our High Command to adapt to the evolving battlefield. Continued command of The Beast following any change signifies your allegiance to the updated Rules of Engagement. For parley, contact our strategists.
